HOW DEMOCRACIES ARE BEING STRANGLED TO DEATH?

On November 8 , 2016 , Vladimir Putin became the first Russian President of the United States of America. It was the greatest intelligence operations in the history of the US and that it was executed to ensure that the candidate who Moscow was supporting win that coveted and powerful office. It was the most daring political heist Putin staged in the IS. His cyber spies , ran News media and his elite global rich ( oligarchs) , had successfully influenced the American public's mindset so deeply that they were in total denial that it had been done at all. The Russian military intelligence hackers interfered with the US electoral systems. For Putin and his fellow Kremlin oligarchs and autocrats , they wanted to penetrate US and create a serious subversion in their Democracy that they JEALOUSLY guard it. They wanted a daft they will put there and play ball. After looking around, they didn't see him in Hillary Clinton nor Bennie Sanders but they saw him in one psycho path and real estate mogul Donald J Trump.

Grizzley steppe was the code name given by the FBI to the plot to hack America which was executed a year before 2016 when US presidential elections were to take place. It was a well executed plan by the Russian military intelligence soldiers. They hacked the Democrat National Committee and copied highly classified information on its presidential candidate Hillary Clinton. They didn't stop there , the hack Hillary Clinton email and got hand of Benghazi classified information that was the last nail Republican Candidate Donald Trump used to nail Clinton. It was disastrous to Democrat candidate who faced serious backlash from a section of Democrat supporters and a huge number from the Republican ones. All this , Trump was just walking in the shadows of Vladimir Putin. When we say , Putin staged a monumental Democracy subversion in the World's super power , we aren't lying.  Trump framed Hillary Clinton , crooked Hillary because of the leaked emails. His populist slogan and sloganeering, make America great again. What Americans didn't understand was , it meant , make Russian great again. 

Back home , we witnessed very escatic legal show down at the Supreme Court. The legal minds were taking on each other. Each was trying hard to convince the seven judge bench to either upheld the president elect William Ruto victory or quash it altogether. The Azimio la Umoja top legal minds and a host of fellow petitioners wants the whole election nullified. They believe Kenyans democratic rights were subverted by foreigners sitting somewhere in Caracas in Venezuela. The Smartmatic BV was compromised and it played a huge role in subverting the will of kenyans who went in the ballot to elect their 5th President. The allegations which found themselves in the floor of the Supreme Court are shocking. If they are true and from where I believe they are true , then , we didn't have an election per se but a very serious and sophisticated espionage exercise being engineered by Smartmatic through the likes of Carmago Gregorio Castellanos and his fellow Venezuelan hackers. With the new technology in Elections across the world , machines are now deciding on behalf of the people. You believe that your VOTE counted but it didn't. Someone seated somewhere decides for you. The question is , why didn't Smartmatic, after an order from the Supreme Court declined to open their servers? So , they hold our data and manipulate it the way they want but they show you the middle finger when you want to know what they are doing with it? This Country have Data protection act and a data commission. All what they should be aware is , IEBC exposed the whole Country to the foreigners.

The Supreme Court must pronounce ITSELF tomorrow. It must and should guard our democracy and Constitution. Both are under threat. They are in the ICU. The IEBC through Chebukati auctioned our data and its privacy is no more. Out National Security too is under threat. The political fate of this sovereign State is in the hands of Smartmatic BV. KENYANS should be given a chance to elect their president. We cannot allow Venezuelans to do it on behalf of us. IEBC chairperson Wafula Chebukati should be facing criminal charges by the end of tomorrow. He bangled the August 9th presidential elections. He was compromised and acted as a 5th column inorder to execute a heist. He was heading the commission as if it was his private property in total disregard of the law. He mutilated the rules and regulations that were guiding the whole commission. To him , an election is an event and not a process. To him , he is immortal and untouchable. He is above the law. To him , he is the IEBC and IEBC is him. Savage!!!

Smartmatic BV conducted Elections in Venezuela that turned out to be the biggest fraud in the history of that Country. Venezuela is an appendage of Moscow. Yes!!! There is a close knighted relationship between Vladimir Putin and President Nicholas Maduro. The two are dictators, autocrats and enemy of Democracy. They don't believe in it at all. Then, how can they safeguard something they don't believe in. Moscow will try as much to put leaders in Africa, Asia, South America and even in Europe which they can manipulate. That's why the Venezuelans were tasked to execute that heist in our soil. If the SCoK want to JEALOUSLY guard our Democratic tenets, freedoms and liberties, the best thing is to nullify the August 9th sham presidential elections and call for fresh ones and not under Wafula Chebukati.

In this year's general elections in Philippines , the opposition candidate for Presidential election cried foul. The systems provided by Smartmatic were manipulated. It was under the commands of outgoing regime led by Duterte. He wanted his preferred successor, the son of former Dictator Ferdinand Marcos to clinch that seat. To execute the heist , the kind of things that happened in Kenya took place there. In Venezuela , the presidential elections too took the same script. Smartmatic BV ensured in 2018 , President Nicholas Maduro won't go anywhere. In Constitutional assembly Elections, they were manipulated by 1 million VOTERS. Yes!!! Who sides that stab on Democracy, Smartmatic. After the opposition political parties demanded the Venezuela electoral body to out their servers open , they refused abd Smartmatic BV led by its CEO Antonio Mugics refused to disclose whether, the inflated numbers affected the end results of that election. That's how Maduro won the seat and his Party got majority seats in the National Assembly. That's how Democracy is in the danger of being vanquished. Please Supreme Court Judges, come to its rescue.
