RAILA IS RIGHT; KENYANS ARE NOT FOOLISH.
Raila Odinga is absolutely very right that he is not in the ruling Jubilee Party goverment. He is an outsider and the ills of this Government should not be implicated on those ills. The Uhuruto Goverment is squarely to be blamed. Since 2013 to day , Ruto has been in the campaign trail. He deserted his duties and because he loves the politics of deceit , conmanship and escapism , he has blamed the ills of the administration he is serving to the Handshake between President Uhuru Kenyatta and Raila Odinga. The jamaa wa kutenga should stop fooling Kenyans but owe unto him because , majority of Kenyans are decoding his lies and telling him off. Back in 2017 , Ruto opined that , any ills this administration commits , him and President Uhuru Kenyatta should be held responsible. The corruption this Government was involved in between 2013 to 2017 , this is the time Kenyans are feeling the pinch of it.
Yesterday while addressing a contingent of journalists who were interviewing him together with his running mate Martha Karua , Raila Odinga was quick to clear the air that , he isn't in the government. He doesn't draw any salary nor the allowances from the State. As a leader and a responsible citizen and now enjoying the closeness with PRESIDENT UHURU KENYATTA , he always gives him advise on policy issues and how the Government to do to reduce the unabated cost of living. It is in the prerogative of the Head of State to embrace it or not. He can't force him because he is the president of Kenya and he can run his goverment as he so wishes. But DP Ruto, the reknown political opportunist is out here in campaign trails blaming Raila for the rising cost of living. Ruto should stop that hypocrisy and come forward and tell Kenyans what are his plans and the advise he has given to President Uhuru Kenyatta inorder to cushion Kenyans.
The most disheartening thing is , Ruto cannot do that. That's because , he is busy engaging in the politics of hunger inorder to whip emotions of his supporters by blaming his political opponents for the rising cost of 2kg maize flour. Him and President Uhuru Kenyatta should be held responsible. He can't exonerate himself from that mess. He is part and parcel of it. Trying to act otherwise is hypocritical and Kenyans should call him bluff. He can't continue enjoying and joyriding out there and each time he holds a place political rally , he is quick to blame the government which he is part of. His gullible followers will be quick to tell you that he is not part of this Government yet he is enjoying the State largesse. Salary and allowances and State Security and turning his official residence as his political campaign toolkit. His official Harambee annex office is now a crime scene. He can't even remember when last he stepped foot there. He only transacts his businesses on top of Lexus 570. To whip the emotions of Kenyans, tells them he is part of them. He is too struggling to make ends meet in life.

The same goverment through the ministry of Agriculture , it was engaged in the Maize and fertilizer scandals. So , when someone stands on the sunroof of his guzzler and tell you that when he was the Minister of Agriculture he manages to lower the cost of fertilizer and maize flour , let him tell us too now that he is the Deputy President and during the first term of the Jubilee administration , Agriculture was under his armpits , what did he manage to do? What KENYANS were treated to is scandal after scandal. A ministry which was to be a beckon of hope in as far as food Security is concerned became their worst nightmare. Fact. This alone means, Ruto and the government he is serving should come up with appropriate measures to atleast reduce the prices of maize flour. From what I heard from Agriculture CS Hon Peter Munya , there is hope at the end of the tunnel.

Kenyans aren't dafts and simpletons the way Ruto wants us to believe. He has of late developed the behavior of blaming everybody and everyone on everything. He is an escapist who is very cunning and weird. If he fills he is not part of this administration , what has prevented him from tendering a resignation letter? That is what responsible leaders do but not playing escapism. Drawing taxpayers monies interms of salaries and allowances for doing absolutely nothing. Offering zero policy advise inorder to solve Kenya's Economic and social problems. Back in 2003, when Raila Odinga fell out politically with the late former President Mwai Kibaki , he resigned from his goverment and joined the back benches in the opposition. Fine!! Because it could have painted him inbad light for criticizing a goverment he is part off. It is like talking ill of clothes you have won or talk ill of your wife who you are sharing the same bed with.
Between 2013-2017 , Raila Odinga pointed out the ills this Government committed but Kenyans especially who voted for it overwhelmingly could hearken his distress call. As a messenger , they called him names. Just like the mob or crowds behaves without reasoning , that's exactly what happened. Raila Odinga talked about the inflated SGR project, the botched laptop project , the Euro Bond 1 and 2 scandal , the inflated cost of procuring contractors for various goverment mega projects , the unabated goverment borrowing whereby , instead of the treasury going for concessional loans which are a bit cheaper went for commercial loans because of kickbacks that are very rife with them etc. The list is endless and Raila Odinga didn't mince his WORDS yesterday during the interview by pointing out those blemishes Uhuruto Goverment did back then.
So , we Ruto is implicating Raila on the current Government ills , he is absolutely political incorrect. He is just running away from consequences of the seed of irresponsibility he sowed back them. When you listen to him in his usual campaign trails , you may think he has been the official opposition leader since 2013 to date ye he has been the second in command. He has been been fond of reminding us that he is the Deputy President of Kenya and he isn't a mad man. Clear!! If he is a Kenyan of sound mind , then , he should be bombarding us with a litany of solutions bedeviling us right, left and centre. But instead of doing that , he has been busy complaining and wailing out here. He knows that's that , the receptivity of the masses is very poor , their intelligence is very limited and their power of forgetting is enormous. Kenyans are now wise and are quick to remind Ruto to he is part and parcel of the mess. The internet is not letting Kenyans down. It is also resonating with us. It is not showing any dental formula to Ruto.
President Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy president William Ruto , Kenyans don't want to care whether you have fallen out politically or not. Even in a marriage where the husband and his wife have fallen out or are in the blink of a messy divorce or separation , they must shelve their differences and feed their hungry children. If they fail , one must step up and save the sinking ship. In this scenerio , President Uhuru Kenyatta must come out and salvage the sinking ship. Kenyans are hungry and very slowly , they will blend both being hungry and being angry. Out here , many Kenyans are contemplating on commiting suicide. Those who are fainr hearted have already committed suicide. Hunger have driven many Kenyans and youths especially in slyms to enter into organised criminal gangs inorder to feed their wives and children and others to service the needs of their mipango ya Kando and slay queens. We are sitting on a ticking time bomb. This is the time Kenyans want solutions to their problems not excuses. Period!!!
