RIGATHI'S OBSESSION WITH POLICE FORCE SINISTER.

 For the last two months , Rigathi's campaign has been centred around reforming National Police Service. He has been promising them goodies from changing their uniform and restore their old one to increasing their salaries to taking them back to school so that they get degree certificates and get a decent job of becoming Police officers in UDA goverment. Yes!!! Not Kenya Kwanza Alliance because , we don't have something like that in the shelves of the registrar of Political Parties. All we have is an agreement between UDA and itself. The rest remains the rest. But someone should aski this question, what is this special that is attracting Rigathi to the national police? He has been a member of the National Assembly , how many bills/motions had he pushed to ensure the goodies he is masquerading to push to police officers it he has been caring about them?

He is a Jubilee Party elected MP since August 2017. Is it the time he has realized police officers exists and that they need decent salary and allowances? They need a proper social welfare policy which the National Police Commission hasn't done or effected if the National Assembly passed a bill and thr President assented to it only that it hasn't been effected? Do we have any records showing Rigathi Gachagua pushing the National Assembly Committees on National Security and Administration and Budget and Appropriation Committee now that , this Committee are held by the ruling party? It is evident that Rigathi's clarion call that he the UDA goverment will address police officers issues is far fetched and populistic from its head to tail. He has been in the government , what has he done so far?

It is imperative to know that , Gachagua was bled by a despotic KANU regime that misused State machinery to its advantage and to the detriment of the citizenry. In the Kenya's history which doesn't favour him as a former District Officer (DO) who left traces of inedible blemishes , he used the police officers to perpetrate havoc , torture and suffering to Kenyans and communities who were anti- regime. Now because the duo ( Ruto and Rigathi) want to take Kenya back to the dark days , Rigathi knows that, it is high time to start preparing the police officers psychologically by promising them goodies so that , in return , they will help effect a POLICE STATE. Rigathi has been caught in verbatim giving warning to some Media stations , both print and electronic that , if they take up power , they will deal with them head on and the out comes will not be that juicy.

How can we trust someone who in the past misused the police force inorder to advance his own selfish reasons inorder to protect an oppressive regime? Can the name Democracy and Rigathi feature in the same sentence? No , only DICTATORSHIP. That's undisputable and majority of Kenyans especially those who tasted the high handness of the autocratic and authoritarian KANU Government. The motives with Gachagua is if accidentally they clinch power , he will use police force to harass their critics. Promote the return of extra judicial killings. Weaponize the security agencies. If someone of a calibre of Rigathi Gachagua can say he will personally take charge the military and police recruitment to ensure that it is dominated by Kikuyus and Kalenjins , what is that person telling you? This guys want to return us to the dark era bearing in mind , the two were sympathizers of that regime.

I want to remind us that , it is good we borrow a leaf from historical precedents. We may decide to play the politics of an ostrich but the fact is , millennials must be combed in a comprehensive way the history of Kenya wholly and not selectively. We must tell them the truth. Police officers should not allow them to be trapped. The fellow has no any discernible plan to better your welfare. He has been innthr goverment , as yourself , what has been preventing him to better your welfare? We all know that , the National Police Commission has been trying all the best to better your welfare though , we can't ignore that , there has been psychological problems that has wrecked havoc in the police service. Those who participated in the clamour for multi partyism back in 1991 can attest to us the kind of brutality which was metted on them by the police. Kenya had been converted into a Police State where , fear and havoc was their items of trade

Raila Odinga and Martha Karua and a host of second liberation heroes knows what it means when police force is politicized and synchronized to deal ruthlessly with political leaders , civil societies and church clergy who haven't allowed themselves to be corrupted with wash wash monies. That's why I can authoritatively say that, the promises Rigathi Gachagua is making are cosmetic and sinister. He is not doing it in good faith. He should focus his energies on other avenues now that, he has expressed that he will both politicize the military and military the politics of Kenya. Kenyans aren't ready to ga back to the streets to fight for Democracy. If you want to do that , put UDA goverment in power. The first thing they will censor is social media space in Kenya. Then , the mainstream media will be the next. 

If it is not confusion and hoodwink through religion , it is wierd promises from the duo. What has left Kenyans confused is the promises Rigathi is making about the police officers. Just like I said , it is a trap. A huge one. Kenyans who have taken time to study the past of this two leaders , you will wake up very early in the morning to vote againaist  them because , they are disaster in waiting. They want to take us back to the DARK ages. Never again will we allow any political leader just because he is controlling State power to use , misuse and re-use our Police officers. To set them up against their fellow citizens who are friends , relatives and even companions. Let's say no to Leaders who believes power will start and end in their door steps.
